Hardware Warranty Matching – When we replace hardware components, we honour the manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.
Custom PC Builds & Upgrades
1-Year Labour Warranty – Any PC we build or upgrade comes with a 12-month labour warranty covering installation and assembly-related issues.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Support – If any component fails within its warranty period, we assist with the warranty claim process.
IT Support & Maintenance Contracts
Guaranteed Response Times – Business clients on a support contract receive priority service with same-day or next-business-day response times.

Limited Data Recovery Warranty – While we take the utmost care in handling your data, recovery success depends on the condition of the storage device. We cannot guarantee full recovery but will always provide an honest assessment.
